Welcome to Terra Videira. By accessing and using our website https://terravideira.com to book our cabins, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations and Payments

Booking Process: Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only once the corresponding payment has been processed through our website.

Payment Methods: We accept online payments via credit and debit cards. By providing your card information, you represent and warrant that you are fully authorized to use such payment method.

Charges: The full amount will be charged at the time the transaction is completed on our website. All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation Policies

Cancellations: Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to hola@terravideira.com.

3. Use of Facilities and House Rules

By renting a cabin at Terra Videira, the guest agrees to:

  • Respect the maximum occupancy established for the reserved cabin.

  • Take care of the furniture, facilities, and natural surroundings. Any damage or deterioration caused by misuse will be charged to the registered credit card.

  • Respect Check-in and Check-out times.

  • Maintain moderate noise levels to preserve the tranquility of the environment.

4. Liability

Terra Videira shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left inside the cabins or vehicles, nor for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur within the premises during your stay.

5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

For the interpretation, compliance, and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, the parties expressly submit to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Guanajuato, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply due to their present or future domiciles.
